Media monitoring

Hear the narrative shift before it is a headline

For PR and communications professionals and independent journalists.

Panelytix turns live broadcast audio — press conferences, news streams, live shows — into prompt-configured widgets for PR and media professionals, tracking mentions, framing changes, quotes and flagged claims in real time while the event runs. You define the watchlist, so it follows the names, topics and claims that matter to your brief rather than a generic summary.

By the time the clip circulates, the story has picked its frame

Narrative forms during the event, not after it. The quote that gets pulled, the framing that shifts between the opening statement and the third question, the claim that will need a correction — these are decided live, and a recap written afterwards is already downstream of them.

How it works

Point Panelytix at a live press conference, broadcast or stream. Configure a watchlist of the organisations, people, topics and claims you are briefed on. The widgets track them as the event runs.

The watchlist is the product here. Two comms professionals monitoring the same press conference care about different names and different risks, and each one's dashboard reflects only their brief.

Example widgets

  • Watchlist mentions — each mention logged once, with context.
  • Narrative shifts — how the framing now differs from earlier in the event.
  • Notable quotes — the lines likely to travel.
  • Claims to verify — a fact-checking queue that builds itself, capturing the claim, the speaker, and why it was flagged.
  • Speaker positions — who said what, in a table you can scan.

What it is not

Panelytix works on live audio you can play through your computer. It does not ingest article feeds, monitor social platforms, analyse uploaded recordings, or decide whether a claim is true — the verification queue is for a human to work through.

Monitor your next event live

Request a pilot and we will configure the watchlist around the brand and topics you cover. We set up a small number personally and reply within days.

Frequently asked questions

Can it monitor recorded clips or uploaded files?
Panelytix analyses live audio streams. Uploading an existing recording for after-the-fact analysis is not supported today.
What can it watch for?
You define the watchlist in plain English — organisations, spokespeople, topics, or specific claims — and the widgets track mentions, framing shifts, quotes and anything you flagged for verification as the event runs.
Does it verify claims automatically?
No. Panelytix builds a queue of claims worth checking, with the speaker and the reason it was flagged, so a human can verify them. It does not adjudicate whether a claim is true.
